Tracy Janel Schwedes

Ms. Tracy Janel Schwedes was born on December 12, 1969 in San Bernardino, Victorville, California. She was the second child of Cindy Bonnette and the late William "Bill" John Schwedes. She transitioned from this life to eternal rest on June 15, 2022 at home. 

She was educated in the public schools of Sumter County. She graduated from Sumter High School in 1988. She went on to attend North Greenville Junior College. She worked as a Loss Prevention Specialist for Academy Sports until her illness prevented her from doing so. She was an avid fan of the Duke Blue Devils and Pittsburgh Steelers. 

She was a loving Mother, Daughter, Sister, Aunt, Granddaughter, coworker and friend to anyone who knew her. She never met a stranger. Her love for her beautiful family was always her motivation. She had a special way about her that drew people to her. Whenever you would see her, you would be greeted with a smile and hug. They just don’t make people like this anymore and she will be missed. 

She was preceded in death by her two brothers, John William Schwedes and Robert Scott Schwedes.

She is survived by: her mother, Cindy Bonnette; her daughters, Kayla Marie Schwedes, Ashleigh Nichole Schwedes and Kelsey Miranda Schwedes; daughters father, Donnie Huggins; her grandchildren, Liyah Marie Schwedes and Sage Nichole Long; her favorite dog, Pheona "Phea Phea"; and a host of friends and family, all of whom will miss her dearly.
