Mary Anne Traylor

Mary Anne Traylor, 92, of Yemassee, SC, passed from this life into paradise Saturday morning,
with her family by her side. She was the daughter of the late Fred Phillips and Pearl (Kelso) Phillips.

She is survived by three sons: Michael Traylor of San Francisco, CA; Stephen Traylor (Buffie)
of Clearfield, PA; and Pastor Joel Traylor (Arlene) of Shadyside, OH. She is also survived by
four daughters: Theresa Roberts of Plant City, FL; Susan Hill of Plant City, FL; Christina
Whitmire of Washington; and Cynthia Rotunda (Kevin) of Yemassee, SC, along with numerous
grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nephews, and nieces.
Mary Anne was predeceased by two sons, David Traylor and Randall Traylor; one daughter,
Cheree Cameron; three brothers: John H. Phillips, James Earl Phillips, and M. Raymond Phillips;
and one sister, Helen Avila.

Mary Anne leaves a legacy as a perpetual prayer warrior. She fought many battles as a devout
Christian throughout her life for herself and her family on her knees. She spent years studying
her faith and pursuing the heart and presence of Jesus. She never fully understood the profound
affect her prayers had on her descendants. God has been true to His word and has blessed her
family. She leaves behind many followers of Christ and leaders of the faith who continue to carry
on her legacy to this day.
