Mrs. Mary Madglien Patrick Nathan was born on August 11, 1957 to the late Albert Wright and Lula Bell Stewart Wilson.
Mary was a native of Columbia, SC and West Columbia, SC. She departed her earthly life on Sunday, July 4, 2021 at Prisma Health Richland at the beautiful age of 62.
She attended Booker T. Washington School. Mary loved her Family and Friends. She loved her kids dearly. She loved to dance and have a good time. She was the life of the party. She always had a smile on her face and would put a smile on your face also.
Mary was married to Tony Nathan. She loved attending church. She worshiped at Universal Vision of Hope in Columbia, SC and later joined Turner Memorial AME in West Columbia, SC.
She was preceded in death by her Father, Mother and Step-Father William Mason Wilson.
Mrs. Mary leaves to cherish her fond and precious memories: her husband, Mr. Tony Nathan of the home; three daughters, Latarsha (Antonio) Williams, Sr.; Lorraine Patrick, and Bonita (Michael) Street all of Columbia, SC; one son, Emanuel Patrick of Columbia, SC; one step-daughter, Maria Spigner of Columbia, SC; thirteen grandchildren, TaQuierra Neal, Tyreece Patrick, Lanesha Patrick, Kennede Street, Antonia Williams, Antonio Williams, Jr., Emari Patrick, Nolan Patrick, Nehemiah Patrick; five great-grandchildren, two step grandchildren; Kristain Scott and Tony Spigner; two sisters, Helen Sherrill, Brenda Jeffcoat of Columbia, SC; two brothers, Albert (Geralene) Patrick of West Columbia, SC and Roger (Sharon) Patrick of Columbia, SC; three sisters-in-law, Mary Gainey, Rebecca (Cecil) Robinson, Anna (Willis) Taylor of Columbia, SC; five brothers-in-law, Euguene Johnson, Mike (Luretia) Nathan, Furman Nathan Jr., Ronald Nathan, and Charles Davis all of Columbia, SC; special devoted extended families—the Patricks of Ridge Spring Monetta and the Hutto’s of West Columbia, SC along with a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
