This is the day that the LORD has made; may you all rejoice and be glad in it. (Let everyone say Amen!)
On August 15, 2021, I hit the lottery. GOD called out my last number which was seven (7) and just like that my life was made perfect and complete and GOD said, “Job well done my faithful servant.”
Let this be a time of Joy and Happiness. No sadness is allowed. If there are any tears, let them be happy tears. Hopefully, I’ve left that kind of impact on everyone that I had contact with.
I have been a listening ear for many who wanted to just vent, advise on cooking/recipes. But now that I have a captive audience, there are a few Acknowledgements and Thank Yous.
First, I’d like To Thank You all for joining my family in celebrating my memorial. I can’t call out everyone that has been on this long journey with me, but just know that I loved and appreciated you all. Some came for a Reason and left, a Season or a Lifetime: Mrs. Richburg (2002-2021 Bible Study Teacher), Pearl Johnson/Shanika Wilson (God Placed them in my life for a reason and a bond grew like daughters), RuthAnn Mitchell, Coworker) (1977-2021); and Dottie Allen, (Elementary Friends until now).
Now I can meet up with my Mama and Daddy, my beautiful Sister. I finally get to meet the brother that the FATHER came back to get before he even had a chance at life and my friend/brother who was near and dear to me.
My surviving loved ones: Johnny M. “Slick” (Henrietta) Dreher; sister, Joyce Young; Four nieces: Saran Wilson, Tracey Young, Teasha Leaphart and Andree Dreher (Joe) Hubbard. Two nephews: Whitney Wilson and Markus (Pam) Martin; Eleven Great-nephews/nieces. A cousin that close like a sister Elaine Brown and a host of other cousins.
Caring For You and Your Loved One..............
