Psalm 23: 1-2
Donella Deloris Jones was born on January 2, 1957, to the late Andrew Burton Sr. and Elma D. McFadden in Columbia, South Carolina. She was a faithful member of Jerusalem Baptist Church in Hopkins, South Carolina. She loved to go to church when she was able. She was a strong woman who never gave up. She was loved by many. Her sense of humor and smile would light up a room. She loved children and would go the extra mile to help others with their children. She was a pleasant person to talk to and often gave great words of wisdom.
Donella was married to Luther Jones. She leaves to cherish her precious memories her husband; one daughter, Tiajuana Saddler Green and son-in-law Christopher Green; two grandsons, Darius Goggans and Jaquan Saddler; two sisters, Magdalene Burton and Veronica Calhoun-Williams; two brothers, Kendall Burton and Andrew Burton Jr (deceased); one aunt, Johnnie Mae McFadden; one uncle, Junior Guise; sister -in-law, Vicky Burton; and a host of loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
