Mr. Daniel “County Man” Kinley was born on October 8, 1950 in Lexington County, South Carolina. He was the son of the late Samuel and Dorothy Kinley. He was called to his heavenly home and received his wings on March 09, 2021.
Daniel received his education from Lakeview High where he graduated and received his diploma in 1968. He was employed at Columbia Lumber for many years. He enjoyed what he did until his retirement.
Daniel was a current member of Mt . Zion Missionary Baptist Church since an early age and was known for “AMEN.” He attended Sunday School and he loved the Lord. He loved his family and friends and enjoyed being the family “Handy Man” as well as the “County Man.”
Daniel was preceeded in death by his parents, Samuel and Dorothy Kinley; brothers,Willie and his twin David Kinley; and sisters, Mahalia Kinley and Elizabeth Milton.
Mr. Daniel Kinley was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and uncle to all he encountered. He leaves his fond memories to be cherished by his only daughter, Rose Marie (Michael) Miller of West Columbia, SC and three grandchildren, Jasamen Smith of West Columbia, SC, Christie Mills of Quantico VA, and Christopher Mills of West Columbia, SC. Daniel is also survived by: his sisters, Christeen Mead of Cayce, SC, Katie Crawford of Flint, MI, Dorothy Gardner of Cayce, SC and Geraldine Kinley of West Columbia, SC; and brother James Kinley of Cayce, SC along with a host of nieces and nephews.
A special thanks to his loving nieces, Christel Kinley and Joyce Johnson, for taking very good care of him during his later days.
