Mrs. Barbara Williams Lake was born in West Columbia, SC to John Thomas Williams and Mrs. Alice Sherman Williams on January 17, 1946. She departed this life on February 12, 2022.
Barbara loved FATHER GOD and JESUS his son. She is rejoicing now being with her FATHER and LORD.
Barbara participated in the ministries that Pastor Taylor had Online, since covid began. She faithfully participated online with the; Sunday morning services, bible studies, prayer services and with ministries on the phone.
Before COVID Barbara participated with the noon day food program at Turner Memorial where she helped prepare food. Barbara was well loved by all who knew and fellowshipped with her. She was considered a mother by many who met her immediately. She was the mother in her church—The Revealed Word Ministry where she attended faithfully until her beloved pastor preceded her in death. As a young woman she loved children and was well loved by many. Barbara loved to cook and was a very good hearted person.
Mrs. Barbara leaves two children Edward (Gwen) Williams, and Tresa (Kirk) Earle; 4 sisters Betty Jo (John) Strouble, Gladys Williams, Jennifer (Mosses) Cook and Maryilyn Williams of New York; 1 brother Robert Lee ( Lisa) Cutner; 8 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; 11 nieces, 4 nephews along with a host of other relatives and loving friends.
